Hi, I’m Kay- and I’m so glad you’re here.

I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Pasadena, and I work with people who are in the thick of it — overwhelmed parents, couples navigating life with young kids, new moms who don't feel like themselves, and anyone trying to figure out how to feel more connected and supported in an ever-changing world.

I believe therapy should be a place to bring your full self, get honest about what’s hard, and work on finding a way through it that feels authentic and supportive. Let’s dive in together.
